At David & Sarah Toronto, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return an item.
Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Returns can only be requested after the item has been successfully delivered to you.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Trying on items is allowed, but items must not be worn beyond fitting purposes.

Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes or items (bulk ordering for selection purposes) are not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@davidsarahtoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

Carefully package the item and ship it back at your own expense.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as you are responsible for the return shipment.
⚠️ Please note: Our suppliers operate internationally. In most cases, return shipments are sent to our fulfillment partners located in Asia.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days

The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet our return conditions.
4. Liability & Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments. Always use track & trace.

If tracking confirms delivery, the return is considered successfully received.

Providing an incorrect shipping address at checkout is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
5. Important Notes

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refused or unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds.
